III. How To Charge
1．First, connect the battery with the charger, making sure that the output end of the charger and the charging mouth of the battery are correctly connected.

WARRANTY
All Phylion products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period
Of ? year from date of shipment to the original purchaser. Phylion agrees to repair or replace
any assembly or components found to be defective during this period. Transportation to the factory or service centre is to prepaid by purchaser. If the Phylion battery or chatger is defective as a result of misuse, improper repair, alteration, neglect, or abnormal conditions of operation, repairs will be billed at Phylion normal rate.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and no representative or person is authorised to represent or assume for Phylion any liability in connection with the sale of our products other than set forth herein.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
The battery and charger should be tested as soon as it is received. If it is damaged in any way, a
claim should be filed with the carrier. A full report of the damage should be obtained by the claim agent,
and this report should be forwarded to us. Phylion will advise the disposition to be made of the
equipment and arrange for repair or replacement.
